The nurses will call you a short time before your scheduled appointment time to review your medications, symptoms and obtain your blood pressure, pulse and weight readings if you are able to provide this.  Once this is complete, the provider will connect with you either by phone or video chat to complete your visit.

If you have the capability to video chat with the provider using Apps such as Face Time, Skype, Google Chat, or Web Camera; you will be sent an access code via Text or Email that you provided us.  You may click on the link sent to you and it will direct you to connect with us.  You will be prompted to enter your name and access code.

If you do not have the capability to video chat with the provider, your visit will all be done over the phone.
